Pulmonary Function Testing

Pulmonary function testing (PFT) is a group of diagnostic tests that are used to evaluate lung function. These tests are used to diagnose and monitor symptoms of asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pulmonary fibrosis, and lung cancer. PFTs are also used to assess the impact of medication or other therapy on lung function.
